Sun Safety - Hats to be in School bags
As part of our ongoing commitment to student wellbeing and sun safety, we are requesting that all students bring their school hats each day, regardless of the term.
In the past, students were required to wear hats during Terms 1 and 4. Moving forward, we ask that all students bring their hat each day. This will ensure they are always prepared for outdoor activities and protected from the sun whenever needed.
Our decision is in line with the World Health Organisation’s recommendation that hats, shade and sunscreen are worn when UV rays are moderate and above. Sunscreen is also available in every classroom. Please check that your child’s hat is clearly labelled with their name and brought to school daily. Thank you for your continued support in keeping our students safe and healthy.
Lost Property
With winter well and truly here, our lost property basket is overflowing with jackets, jumpers and hats - we are sure your child might be missing one (or two)!
But wait… there’s more! Alongside the winter woollies, we’ve got a growing collection of containers, lunch boxes, a pair of joggers, a few towels and even a fold-up chair that made its way here from the athletics carnival.
Please pop into the school office and have a look before the end of term. Anything that has not been collected will be donated to charity, so please be sure to reclaim your belongings!

GIANTS Holiday Clinics Are Back This July!
Get ready for back-to-back action with two exciting days of netball fun these school holidays – including a special joint session with our AFL family, giving kids the ultimate experience across both sports!
Tailored for kids aged 5–12, these exclusive clinics offer more than just skills training. Participants will enjoy behind-the-scenes access to the GIANTS HQ, gaining a rare look into the life of a GIANTS athlete.
BONUS: We're also hosting a free clinic exclusively for our 2025 Junior Members – complete with special appearances from GIANTS Netball Squad players!
